Looking for the perfect place to shop for the perfect gift? That place is Pear Tree Avenue, a locally owned
boutique offering a wide variety of gifts at every price point.
Pear Tree Avenue distinguishes itself from other area gift stores by providing carefully selected merchandise in a fun, comfortable atmosphere. Everything in Pear Tree Avenue is centered on creating the "perfect gift experience," from the eye candy, to friendly greeters at the front door, to the check-out. Our goal was to open a gift store in the heart of Brentwood with the level of sophistication and selection our shoppers appreciate, while also offering the personal attention and warmth of a small town boutique. Pear Tree Avenue was born January 1, 2005 and is owned by the husband and wife team of Calvin & Blythe Houghland, local Brentwoodians. On occasion Annie, their standard poodle, graces the shop. Customers know her by name and look as forward to seeing her as they do shopping. |

Since we first opened back in 2005, Pear Tree Avenue has sponsored/partnered with many amazing organizations around
the greater Nashville/Brentwood area on their annual fundraising events. We have hosted events for the American Heart
Association, Second Harvest Food Bank, T.J. Martell Foundation and many more. We are always so flattered that Pear Tree
Avenue is thought of when seeking participants around the area.
